Overview
These terms apply to all services and framework products provided by our company. By engaging our services or purchasing any product, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Scope of Services
We provide procurement request and vendor workflow configuration services, including the setup of forms, vendor information fields, approval flows, status tracking, documentation areas, and reporting views. All work is delivered digitally. Project scope and deliverables are defined in individual agreements.
2. Payment
Service fees start from USD 1,000. Framework products are priced from USD 500. Payment terms are outlined in individual project invoices. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. We do not issue refunds for work that has been completed and delivered.
3. Intellectual Property
All workflow configurations, framework structures, and materials we produce remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
4. Limitations of Liability
We configure workflow systems and do not provide legal, financial, procurement advisory, or vendor management services. We are not responsible for procurement decisions made through the systems we configure, or for any losses arising from use of our products and services.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
